Packing services & supplies

If you'd rather not pack it yourself, we will. We handle everything from small electronics to oversized, fragile, or high-value items. Packing is priced by what it actually takes — time, box, and materials — with a quote before we start.

International shipping

We handle customs forms, commercial invoices, and harmonized codes so your package doesn't get held up at the border. DHL is typically fastest and most reliable internationally; USPS is usually cheapest; FedEx and UPS cover the middle. We'll tell you which one actually makes sense for where it's going.

Freight & oversized items

Need to ship something that doesn't fit in a standard box — furniture, machinery, pallets? Come in and we'll coordinate LTL freight quotes from multiple providers. We can also crate on request.

Business accounts

If you ship regularly for a home business or small company, ask about our business account. You get priority handling, invoice billing, and monthly shipping reports — plus help setting up carrier integrations for Etsy, Shopify, eBay, and Amazon.

Do I need to pack the item before I come in?

No. You can bring it unpacked and we'll pack it for you. Or pack it yourself — whichever is easier. Unpacked lets us quote the exact box size and packing materials, which is sometimes cheaper overall.

How do you compare rates across carriers?

We enter the destination, weight, and dimensions once, and our system pulls live rates from UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. You see the prices side-by-side — cheapest, fastest, or best value — and choose.

Can I drop off a prepaid package from Amazon or eBay?

Yes. Bring your item with the prepaid label attached (or the QR code for Amazon returns), and we'll scan it in and hand it to the carrier. You get a drop-off receipt as proof.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — to nearly every country. We fill out the customs paperwork, calculate duties where we can, and recommend the right carrier based on speed, cost, and destination reliability.

What if my item is fragile or high-value?

We specialize in fragile and high-value packing — electronics, glassware, artwork, collectibles. We use double-boxing, custom foam, and the right insurance level for what's inside.

Do you offer shipping discounts for small businesses?

Yes. If you ship regularly, we can set up a business account with priority handling, invoice billing, and (often) better rates than walk-in. Ask us about it.
